Managed IT Services: Plans

We offer a wide range of options for our managed IT service plans - Listed below are our core packages.
What’s included

24/7 Monitoring, Support and Security Software, Managed Microsoft Security Patching, unlimited (business hours) remote use of the IT Service Desk  for problem solving , Microsoft 365 and Google  workspace management , staff changes, backup monitoring, preferential service, discounted hourly rate for (Out of scope work, On-site attendances, new projects etc). Our experience is that about 80-85% of user problems can be resolved remotely.

(Min 3 users)



All of the features of the Basic Package, plus On-site (Metro) attendances if required. Regular firewall and router monitoring and updates, advanced threat hunting EDR service with monthly reporting.

Ad-Hoc Plan also known as break/fix

This is where you pay for your IT services by the hour, plus any materials or travel needed. We do require you to subscribe to our remote support software and antivirus package at $60 per year plus GST so that we can give you prompt support.  Remote and Onsite support is charged at $160 per hour plus GST plus callout (if On-Site required) Minimum charges apply. ( 1/4 hour for Remote support and 1/2 hour for On-Site, customers must have a current account with us)
