Basic IT Service Plan

24/7 Monitoring, Support and Cybersecurity. Managed Microsoft Security Patching, Unlimited (business hours) remote use of the IT Service Desk for problem solving. Management of Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, staff changes, backup monitoring, preferential service delivery, discounted hourly rate for (Out of scope work, On-site attendances, new projects etc). Our experience is that with modern technology about 80-85% of user problems can be resolved remotely.

Proactive IT Service Plan

All of the features of the Basic Package, plus free On-site (Metro) attendances if required. Regular firewall and router monitoring and updates, advanced threat hunting EDR service with monthly reporting.

Ad-Hoc IT Plan also known as Break Fix

Ad-Hoc or Break/Fix plans are where you pay for your IT services on a time and materials basis + any travel if needed. We do require you to subscribe to our secure remote support software and comprehensive cybersecurity package at $173 per year (plus GST) so that we can deliver prompt remote support and keep you secure.  Remote and Onsite support is charged at $160 per hour plus GST plus callout (if On-Site support is required) Minimum charges apply. (1/4 hour for Remote support and 1/2 hour plus travel for On-Site), All customers must have a current account with us.
