Basic IT Plan

24/7 Monitoring, Support and Security Software, Managed Microsoft Security Patching, unlimited (business hours) remote use of the IT Service Desk  for problem solving ,Management of Microsoft 365 or Google  workspace,  staff changes, backup monitoring, preferential service, discounted hourly rate for (Out of scope work, On-site attendances, new projects etc). Our experience is that with modern technology about 80-85% of user problems can be resolved remotely.

Proactive IT Plan

All of the features of the Basic Package, plus On-site (Metro) attendances if required. Regular firewall and router monitoring and updates, advanced threat hunting EDR service with monthly reporting.

Ad-Hoc IT Plan also known as break/fix

Break/Fix is where you pay for your IT services by the hour, plus any materials or travel needed. We do require you to subscribe to our secure remote support software and antivirus package at $60 per year plus GST so that we can give you prompt remote support.  Remote and Onsite support is charged at $160 per hour plus GST plus callout (if On-Site required) Minimum charges apply. ( 1/4 hour for Remote support and 1/2 hour plus travel for On-Site, customers must have a current account with us)
