Recently I had some major problems with my new second-hand computer. On my limited computer knowledge and seeing that the computers malfunction could not be fixed by myself, no matter how handy I think I might be, I had no hesitation is calling Computer Troubleshooters.

My father had had previous work done on our old computer by Liam Montgomery, Royal Oak, Auckland, manager and was very pleased with the service.

This occasion we were served by the other computer technician, Anthony Vorontsov.

Being considerably computer illiterate and hence stressed when things majorly go wrong with them I was a little worried about the extent of work needed to fix my comp.

As a customer I have to say I am really picky and can be quite very expectant sometimes and in the past I have complained many times to other companies throughout the retail industry, but would have to say I am very pleased to be able to let you know that the service from Anthony and Computer Troubleshooters - Royal Oak rates tops in my book. The service given by Anthony was second to none. Updates and any time set backs were always informed to me promptly, politely and apologetically. Service after I got the computer back, too was gladly and patiently given.

Service like this put at ease the expense which in reality is unavoidable.

I have also gladly passed on their branch name to friends and family.
